I simply love your recipes. Your pictures are the best. It really helps to have an idea of how your dish will look before you even start. I just love it.

I was just wondering since you have so many good recipes, if you could come up with a recipe for pechugas rellenas de mariscos…thanks!

Your website is amazing!!!! I was born and raised in Puerto Rico but my mother hated
to cook so I never learned. Now I have a 2 yr old and a 10 month old and I really want
them to appreciate my heritage and Puerto Rican food. I just found your website today
looking for Asopao de Camarones. The pictures, the instructions, are just absolutely fabulous. I was a little hesitant about cooking but now I have a sense of confidence and cannot wait to try your fabulous recipes. I also saw the recipe for bacalao or like my family calls it serenata. Do you have one for Bacalao Guisado? I will be visiting your blog daily. Thanks Meseidy!!!!

Oh I love your recipes! My husband is Puerto Rican and I am country girl from a tiny, little town in Georgia so all of this spanish cooking is new to me. I came across your site looking for great recipes I could make for my hubby, to try and give him a little piece of home. And well, it worked! I am always coming back looking for new things to make for him.
The pictures are WONDERFUL and the directions are so easy to follow… I am always cooking for a few of my husbands soldiers and so far the patelon, bacalaitos and flan are favorites. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

Do you by any chance have a recipe on how to make pan de mallorca like La Bombonera makes? I absolutely love this and living in NY we don’t have it.
