    Thank you! I’m just a NJ girl who has embraced my time living here in PR by learning to cook new dishes for my husband. After 4 years (don’t laugh) we just slow roasted our 1st Christmas Pernil & I was looking for a sauce to use with leftovers. I had this guava paste block in the fridge & thought ….hmmmm…how could I make this work. Thank you for your great recipe for guava barbeque sauce. It saved the day & is perfect with left over pork. And now I have a new favorite blog. Love this!
