This weekend I am heading out to Miami, FL and hang out with the coolest people ever, food bloggers! I will be attending BlogHer Food for the second time and I couldn’t be more excited. This will be me second time attending BlogHer Food and my first time speaking. EEEK! So excited and so nervous at the same time! I love going to conferences because I learn so much and get to see all my food blogging friends.
For some reason it made me think about how far The Noshery has come. You may not know this but before I became a food blogger I blogged about nothing and eventually a little about planning a wedding.
My first food related post was in September 2008. Before I registered TheNoshery.com domain, before I became a food blogger and way way before I had any clue to what I was doing. You can’t tell from the slightly out of focus picture but, it’s a really tasty zucchini and yogurt salad on toast. I don’t know exactly what it was that compelled me to take a picture of this sad little salad on sad toast but, little did I know it was the beginning of a wonderful thing.
So, I thought I would share with you some picture and recipes taken through the years. It’s like reading through my high school diary, it makes me cringe with embarrassment and sentimental all at the same time. Checkout the evolution of The Noshery.

It’s been a long journey from that sad zucchini salad on sad toast but, it’s been a great one. I have met so many wonderful people and I’ve had equally wonderful experiences all because of this little blog. There were a few times I thought about hang it up, but I kept chugging along and I am so glad I did!
Most important I want to thank you for taking time to visit my little corner of the internet and leaving your lovely comments. Without you I would be a crazy lonely lady talking to nobody. Thanks for helping me appear not so crazy, but being cool with me being a little crazy.
