Combine lemon juice, sugar, vanilla bean and lemon zest in a small pot. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Set aside to allow the syrup to steep for 5 minutes. Strain the syrup and place in the refrigerator to chill. Divide the shaved ice between 4 tall glasses and pour lemon syrup over each glass. Top each glass with 1 ounce of PAMA liqueur. Enjoy!
