Tid-bits

Usually I would post links that I am lovin’ on Tuesday and something yummy on Friday, but because of all the packing craziness this did not happen.  Also, I am slowly in the process of sorting though my kitchen, which can present a challenge for cooking.

Here are a few links or tid-bits that I am lovin’ this week!

Considering my obsession with eggs and bread and this Crispy Roasted Denver Panzenella Breakfast would hit the spot! It’s like a toast breakfast bowl with the perfect fried egg.  Sign me up!

My fellow pork lovin’ sister made this Bo Ssäm (Korean Pork Roast Lettuce Wraps) and this is just one of the reasons I love her.

This meat trifecta of Brunswick Stew.  Oh how I want thee!

“Pumpkin all the things”  is no joke! Checkout this awesome Easy Pumpkin Hummus.

I have never been a fan of tater-tots, I know I am weird, but these Cheesy Breakfast Nacho Tots are seriously making consider tot love.

I LOVE a good sandwich and this Caramelized Butternut, Roasted Garlic & Coconut Butter Grilled Cheese is just SICK!  All hail grilled cheese!

Adorable little cookies with happy sprinkles and made with goat cheese. Yes, Soft Goat Cheese Sugar Cookies, don’t question it embrace it!

Latke season is fast approaching and these Sweet Potato Latkes with Brown Sugar Syrup & Candies Pecans look A-MA-ZING!

Apple crisp is probably one of my favorite desserts, but this Easy Peanut Butter and Apple Crisp make me fall in love all over again.
