		<description>If it tasted of cornstarch you didn&#039;t let it come to a full boil. Cornstarch and Flour when used as thickener has to cook or it is nasty. Just make sure it comes to a full rolling boil while stirring and it will not have that raw taste. I&#039;m old so I&#039;ve made every mistake in the book and I was always wanting to know why. I&#039;m a science nut and cooking is science. This really is a good recipe and I&#039;ve made it three times.  The sauce is actually the best sweet and sour I&#039;ve come across and I&#039;ve tried a lot. I hope you give it another try.</description>
