		<description>I roasted one - two medium size sweet potatoes and while still warm, mashed them, and added 1-2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar ( it melts right into the warm potato ) and 3/4 tsp cinnamon and  couple of grates of fresh nutmeg .</description>
