		<description>I think so but since turkey and pork tend to be softer then beef I would probably sub the egg for some breadcrumbs.  If you use the egg it will make the turkey or pork pretty soft and it will be difficult for the balls to hold their shape.   Otherwise I don&#039;t see a problem.</description>
