I am excited to annouce that a proposal that I submitted to Foodbuzz.com for the 24, 24, 24 event was accepted.  If you are not familiar with Foodbuzz.com they are a food blog community were food bloggers from around the world can exchange ideas and recipes.  Foodbuzz.com holds a monthly event showcasing posts from 24 Foodbuzz Featured Publisher bloggers,  highlighting 24 unique meals occurring around the globe during a 24-hour period. Cool right?

Well my proposal is a cooking party with friends and cooking with tequila.  The event is to be held on Saturday, April 25.  My plan is to set up different cooking stations through out my home, where guest can break up into small groups and whip up a dish.   Once we get everything cooked up and ready to eat, we will enjoy our meal outside on the patio.   Two of the dishes are recipes that I have already posted the other will be new.  Below is my planned menu.

I will be posting lots of pictures, recipes and maybe a video.  Besure to come back and see how the event turned out. :D

Gingered Pineapple Juice

Appetizers

Black Bean & Manto Salsa

Grilled Stone Fruit Antipasto

Main Dishes

Spicy Tequila Shrimp

Grilled Chicken with Hot ‘n’ Spicy Tequila-Pineapple Marinade

Side

Jicama and Mango Salad with Tequila-Lime Vinaigrette
